mittsy!! I can't remember ever seeing seed on this double one, I might be wrong, but I think it has to be propagated by cuttings. boots

I've tried that and it doesn't work for me. They just rot if done in water or curl up and die if done in rootone and soil. What I have tried is digging up a rather large clump with lots of soil and digging a hole then moving the clump into the hole. I have them growing in a raised bed that has become invaded with bird seed grases. I wanted to start over to remove the weeds, by removing all the dirt too. Start with manure, then new soil ammended with compost from my bin.
