Greetings from Saipan. I need a seed source for "delonix regia var. flavida", (yellow poinciana), a tree native to Madagasgar, I have been told. On the internet, my search started on Madagasgar extending eastward to the UK and just about every country in between. (I am not joking). If any of you have another search idea, please let me know. I would check JLHudsonseedsman. If they don't have it they might know where you can get it. They have a book that has extensive lists of where to buy every seed known but it's expensive. I'd check their on-line catalog and then write to them.
