Hi, does anyone else drink fennel tea? I've been drinking it before I go to bed just because its hot and I like the taste.My friend says that it helps metabolize the fat so you can convert it to energy. I just make it because My mother always made it.Maybe thats why I'm losing weight.I've been trying to cut back on the caffine, therefore I've been drinking more fennel tea.IIts low in caffine.So anyone else drinking it?
