My web site has been hijacked!

About 5-6 pm the web site I set upfor my father was hijacked. They have taken over his index/homepage. When I click on it his address shows on the address bar with someone elses site showing. (MySafeAsk.com)

I am hosted on a Linux server by IXWeb. I have put in a tech. ticket with them about it and hopefully they will respond soon. Until then I am hopeing someone here can explain how this happens and if the server is responsible for fixing it or if there is going to be some over my head programing needed on my part.
