Craft Lite Cutter

Has anyone else ordered the Craft Lite Cutter? It was advertised on t.v. I got mine on Saturday and I am not happy with it. The straight cutting tool does not cut straight - it has slight but noticable undulations. I was so bummed. I haven't contacted the company yet but I will. I just want to see if this is a widespread problem or maybe I just go a defective model. (Also, the cuts made by the wavy and zig-zag cutters are identical, but that is minor compared to my problem with the straight edge. I wanted it mainly for the straight edge.)
