JACKET!!! Several years ago I made an adorable simple jacket for a friend out of a used chenille bedspread. Lately I have been wanting one for me. Today I saw a HEAVY textured matelasse bedspread similar to this one http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/bedbathstore_1972_1181364202, I paid $2 for it in a thrift store!!! It has some stain near the hem, since I'll be cutting it up I can avoid that area. I am soooo excited!!! When I told my husband he said "you're cutting up a bedspread to make into a jacket?" hehehe... This is what happens when Nerds/Geeks marry artists!!! LOL
