CLOSED: Hawk In Flight- Need Opinions Please

Marlton, NJ

My camera is not one made for this type of shot but I did the best I could.

I'm almost 100% sure its a Sharp-shinned Hawk but is there a possibilty it could be a

Red-shouldered Hawk?

The tail is in tight so thats not helping me too much.

I have 2 other shots but their worse than this one.

Thanks, Pelle :-)

Definitely an Accipiter. As the two outer tail feathers are distinctly shorter than the rest, I'd go for Cooper's.
