I wanted to fill a corner of my garden with a berry shrub for the birds but all the ones i find turn out to be small trees anybody have a suggestion for something that won't grow over about six feet?

How about Dwarf Blueberry bushes,Holly Bushes
I know theres a lot more but you live in Fla. so I'll have to check around a little more.
Heres a site that has Native Florida bushes etc. that birds like. I left it on the Holly page but you could look around some more.

Callicarpa americana is a pretty cool native shrub that gets 4' to 6' tall.
