Triple scented candles..?

Hulbert, OK(Zone 7a)

Hello all,

Hope to share my excitement with you. Yesterday a
visit to a yard sale offered fragrance oils for candle making.
The owner was getting out of the business, it seems.

Wishing and wanting, I declined. Today I forced myself to
go back. Not only did the price drop by $25.00 since yesterday,
but more bottles of oil were included than yesterday.

In brief, I bought 49 large (16 ounce) bottles of Fragrance oil and a few other
little bottles for fifty bucks. While some may scoff at the cost, my research
revealed these bottles cost ten to twenty bucks or more per bottle. *cough*

We burn many a candle and use many a scent here in the house, so
this was a very good bargain.

Many candles are scented, but it seems you can only when you burn them in a small
room, or burn many of them at once.

Does anyone have a suggested use for making triple scent candles?
The recommended use is 1 to 1 1/2 ounce of fragrance oil per pound of wax.
May I then assume that 'triple scented candles' are in fact thrice the oil, say
three ounces per pound?

I'm so excited!

Karen Marie
