Hello! I live in SE Nebraska and have a question on how to get starts from a silver dollar (i believe) eucalyptus. I over wintered it last year, as a small plant, put it in the ground this spring, and it was as happy as could be. It grew like crazy, and looks cool, but...i live in NE., so she's gonna die! I'm going to dig up the root and see if it will come back next year from that. My real question is, does any one successfully take cutting from this plant? And if so, what's your method? Thanks for any help.

I have been doing some searching, and it sounds like your average person doesn't have any luck in doing so. I'm going to cut the top off and dig some root up, overwinter that and see what happens in the spring! Thanks cathy4, i'm the other kind of kathy, with the K...
