I used to have this..now..??? it does not work ...I went to the web site..downloaded it again..It told me I did not have to uninstall and reinstall...so I did that...twice..still does not work...says something about tools..???? Please help..I looke a couple of pages back..but still can not find anyone with this problem...help...thanks ahead..
