Adobe Photo's question

I have been using Adobe to get my pictures out of the cell phone. How do i get them out of Adobe to put in a post, or anywhere for that matter. It doesn't come up as an option when the "browse" button is clicked. I have to send them from adobe to My Pictures and take them from there which means i have 2 of everything which is really silly.....
