into the ground in Zone 5? I have some potted Mums I would like to set on my porch but would like to plant them in the ground sometime this Fall but don't want to wait too long least they don't have any time to settle in before the ground freezes.
Also do you add anything to the planting hole like bonemeal?
Do you feed them any fertilizer while they are blooming?
Any advise appreciated.
