Insulated channel quilted lining - where to find?

I'm the person making the gigantic Roman shades from a previous post. I've purchased the fabric and a backing material but I'm now looking for insulated channel quilted lining to go between the two. I just can't seem to find out where a person could purchase such a thing by the yard. Does anyone know where this can be found?
