Just purchased a new laptop/notebook. HP 6000 series. My problem is that vista won't load my cd for sbc/att DSL internet. I have spend hours on hold at ATT. Finally hung up. Question: (1) Has anyone else had this problem loading SBC/ATT disk, and (2) I just purchased a copy of XP Home, is there a web site that will walk you thru downgrading from vista to XP? What problems will I get by going to XP. My desktop has XP and I have had no problems with loading programs. Thanks
