Joey and Maya in the big pasture for first time

Put Lady in the round pen this morning and turned Joey out in the back pasture for the first time with everyone else. He did not stand in the corner like I thought he would. He was like "wow, I'm out with the big guys!" Maya stood guard by Lady and when Joe ventured over, Lady pinned her ears at him then Maya chased him off. He ran back for more and she chased him off again then Maya ran into me, clod. She was waving her tail, tall and proud, after she ran him off the last time.
