I'm looking for Pressure Cooker recipes for chutney's and jams (also for recipes in which liqueur or liquor is added for flavour). Hope this thread is not pulled! I dont know of other European sites on which to post this question. Thanks. Joanmary

Sorry Joanmary, we don't have a separate recipe web site we just use the US one but I will look if there are any chutney recipes in my pressure cooker recipe book.

Thanks Patbarr. I put a message on the Oz DG site and have had a response so I'll link all three sites - hopefully there will be many interesting responses.
I've just posted a Plum and Cherry Brandy Jam recipe on the USA recipe thread
