Raw Milk: Nutritious or Health Concern ?
Milk has always been considered wholesome. But before pasteurization, bacteria in milk regularly caused food-related illnesses. Although the Food and Drug Administration warns against it, there has been a resurgence recently in the popularity of drinking farm-fresh milk straight from the cow. We speak with proponents of raw milk to find out why.
