I just harvested 5 grocery bags of Elberta Peaches. Do you have any suggestions for freezing, preserving, Pies , Cobblers anything! I made peach jam one year, not my favorite. I love cobbler. But when I froze it it turned out mushy. When this extremely productive tree needed fertilizing, I was down w/ the cat bite! Imagine what next year will be like!!!!
any suggestions would be helpful.
