Pull over baby bibs

My sister in law makes fantastic pull over bibs out of terrry cloth hand towels. My daughter in law says she cannot have too many. Do any of you make these? There is no seam in the one pattern I am looking for. Ok, maybe not a pattern but simple directions needed. Thanks. The kind of directions I am talking about starts like: Pick up some scissors, etc. I AM SPECIAL
