Do you know an organic way to kill vegetation, other than pulling it out?
Organic Herbicides?
Boiling water or vinegar. Just make sure you don't get it on your good plants!
If it is a perennial with underground rhizomes smother with layers of cardboard and/or newspaper. Put mulch on top to hold it down and make the area more attractive. Leave in place until you are sure the rhizomes won't sprout new plants before replanting the area. For perennials with rhizomes that persist for years put down tons of cardboard and newspaper and add planting medium on top for a raised bed.
these are the most effective measures to date. i would like to add in my opinion add orange oil to the vinegar and try to spray it when the sun is shining being careful not to get it on anything you want to live. it may take two to three treatments to get a complete kill. corn gluten is also a very effective pre emergent it stops seeds from germinating.
That I know of
