I live in Florida, and am about to start my first vegetable garden. I am going to use the garden year-round and alternate between warm season and cool season veggies. I was wondering though, if there are some plants that I will be able to grow year-round, and if so, which ones?
I'm guessing herbs are fine year-round, right? What about garlic? Marigolds and nasturtiums? onions? bell peppers?
Everything I find online seems to be about the rest of the country, who have to worry about winter time freezes. I'm finding it difficult to find information specific to central Florida.
Seasons
I do organic year around gardening, andmy plants do not produce as the books say. So i just progress by trial and error. Try to find gardeners in your area, and see what works for them.
