the best hair gel

I was wondering if anyone out there has a suggestion for the best hair gel??? I just got my hair cut in a short razor cut after having long hair for the past 3 years. There are so many more products out there now. I'm looking for a real good one that doesn't weigh your hair down but has outstanding hold.
Any suggestions?
