I don't have any experience with a laptop so please bear with me. I have Real Player on my home computer and want to download the free version to a laptop. How do I go about doing that?

Is it possible for me to backup my RealPlayer to my external drive and then download it to the laptop from the external?

Or do I need to connect the laptop to my home computer and install Real from there to that drive?
