horse adventure day

Finally! The rain has stopped. With too much unused vacation sitting in my pocket, I am burning a day. Headed to trainer to watch her work her personal horse, Chewie, and another one she doesn't mention fondly (sounds like a real project pony...). Getting a lesson on her lesson-horse while there. We're going to talk show futures, training plans, and all things ponies.

So much more pleasant than work. OOH! I better get breakfast & get my bum in gear. Need to leave here around 7:30, get there 8:45-9:00.

It's still muddy around here, but I'm just thankful the rains are ending for at least the week, so say the weather psychics. :)
