Catfish In a Barrel?

I stumbled across an article about a survivalist who raised catfish for food in a barrel. He fed them with worms, actually. I'll be danged if I can remember where exactly I found this nifty bit of info, but from what I remember, he had a nice little setup in his backyard, lol.

Is anybody familiar with this? I, too, would be interested in having fresh yummy catfish on my property!
