It only took me an hour and a half of standing in a hot, dark, dusty and carpy stall, petting a sweaty horse over and over and over - but I finally got the halter on Lucas. FINALLY.

It's amazing how intimidating it can be when you haven't worked with the horse in a while. Between the horrid weather and trips back to Phoenix, these guys have pretty much just been wandering around since Stormy was born (a month and 4 days ago, lol). Now that I have one little success under my belt, I'm rarin' to go, again....
