I hope the administrators will forgive me mentioning a business in this post, but I suspect some of the people affected might be regulars here.
I've recently discovered that an overzealous spam filter diverted several of the earlier orders to Stoney Creek Iris. We have addressed the problem, but since the spam filter deletes messages older than thirty days, there is the very real possibility that orders placed before the last thirty days could have been lost.
If you order from Stoney Creek, you will get a response within a day or two, always, definitely. If by any chance you placed an order and did NOT get a response, or you don't remember if you did or not, please don't hesitate to contact me via D-mail or through the website, and I will do everything possible to make it right for you. If you DID receive a message in response to your order, everything is fine, and you don't need to contact me.
I am horrified beyond words at the thought of orders being lost and not acknowledged, and have lost sleep over this! I know how much I look forward to receiving the iris I order from other sources, and I just hate the idea that someone's frustrated or disappointed. I've enjoyed the correspondence with customers and take the whole process personally, so I hope I have the opportunity to make it right for anyone involved.
