The pale lavender-blue tepals look correct, but your stamen are darker than the gold ones featured at C.O.T.W. http://www.clematis.hull.ac.uk/new-clemdetail.cfm?dbkey=598
Is it possible that you took the picture when your Clematis was not newly opened?
Yes, I think the flower had been open for a day or 2.

If it was only 1 or 2 days old, the stamen should have been all gold colored.
Perhaps do a search on C.O.T.W. and see what other 'hits' you get.
