I saw it from the water, I didn't have any idea what it was at first

I think it's a Rhododendron viscosum. I've never seen one before, so I was pretty excited. When I got up close to it, I thought, "Oh, it's just a honeysuckle", because it sure smells like one, and the flowers kind of look like a honeysuckle.
The stamens are all white, no hairs on the leaves or twigs.
