May I ask what size the Land hopper had?
Because I found two very look alike in the soil of a freshly potted up lily bulb, the potting soil being made from coconut peat, that must obviously have been imported.
I've heard that 2 types have been imported (probably accidentally) into European countries from Australia: Arcitalitrus sylvaticus and Arcitalitrus dorrieni.
The size of mine was very tiny though not more than 3-4mm.
I hope you wont mind me posting mine here :)

Myriam, as I recall it would be about 1cm long. They are quite common under branches and logs on the forest floor in Morwell National Park. My guess is that those I see range in size from about 5mm to 12mm, presumably different stages of the same species,

Thanks Ken! Mine could have been a very young one.

Shall I add mine to BF then?

Yes go ahead and add it. I wasn't aware that they had spread around the world. They are apparently in the USA as well. Make sure to record where you found it in the caption, the record has more value with details of when and where it was found,

Thanks Ken, I'll do that tomorrow!
