Does anyone have growning knowledge of these hygrandas? do the colors stay true? I had always understood your soil or the stuff you added to your soil determed the color. I have never amended my soil and have about 20 plants in my yards - from dark blue to pink. Blushing bride does go from white to pink.

No, they won't stay true. The only macrophyllas that won't change color too much with pH are ones that are close to white to begin with, then maybe you won't notice much difference but any of the ones that are darker colors will change depending on the soil.
