Maybe fish eggs?

Does anyone know what this egg mass is. There are quite a few. I was told it might be bass eggs however, they were also in the spill off from the lake against the rocks. Maybe bullfrog eggs?

The egg like masses are called bryozoans. Within the jelly mass is a unique colony of plant-like animals. They have plant-like tentacles that capture micro-organisms, algae, nitrates and phosphates. Bryozoans actually filter the water.
