Manure can be a harrowing experience....

(Sheryl) Gainesboro, TN(Zone 6b)

Heh = a little pasture humour there...

Okay, the flies are horrendous. The drought and 6 lawnmowers have made my pastures look horrid. So I went out and got a harrow, hoping to spread the stuff around and let it dry out some and also rejuvenate my pastures should it ever rain.

Am I doing the right thing, pasture management wise?

Will the horses ever eat from grass that has manure on it again? When?

I've started using a feed-thru fly stuff, Symplifly I think it's called. I still have to see if I can give it Alee.

Is this all just spitting in the wind?

What are YOU doing with all that carp????
