How fortunate you are to observe these on a regular basis! Such pretty things.

The one thing I miss most about living down south were the quails. I loved the time of year seeing Mom with the little train of babies behind her. And the peaceful sound they make at dusk/dawn....you don't know the beauty of it til its no longer there.
