I took an old dresser,( before and after pic) and made it look like leather. Crumbled papersacks, tore them radomly. Mixed up a real thin bunch of Elemers glue and water, diped each piece in glue, and started puting on dresser. over lapping them. when it was all on,Iwiped more glue over the top.Let dry very good then wiped some stain on it. it made it look like leather. Painted the top and sides brown. The picture makes it look like purple but its brown lol. Oh I forgot to mention after the stain is dry, I put a satin varnish over it. I really like it
