dreaded blue screen

I've been getting the blue screen when I turn my computer on in the morning. It is a full page of writing and it flashes on and off so quickly that I cannot read it. Is there some way to freeze the screen so I can read it all?

I have found something about a hardware incompatibility and a physical dump...but cannot get it all read before it flashes off.
Help!!
