To pull... or not to pull...

If this just appeared in your Pacific NW garden one day, would you keep it? What is it?! Thanks for any and all help!

Some sort of a Euphorbia? I'm pretty sure it isn't native to the midwest so if it appeared out of nowhere on my property, I'd waste it. Chances are pretty good this may be an undesirable plant to both the Midwest and the PNW but best to get a positive ID on it before you get rid of it. Quite a few of the non-native Euphorbia can be beyond aggressive and they're poisonous too.
