Prevention

A man walks into a psychiatrist's office waving his hands in the air, as if he were brushing away swarms of mosquitoes. "Why are you doing that with your hands?" inquires the doctor. "To keep the African lions from attacking." the man replies. "But my good man," responds the psychaitrist, "the nearest African lions are 10,000 miles away." "Yeah" replies the man with a confident smile, "it really works, doesn't it?"
