cleaning replacing and painting asbestos siding

These pics of the old siding on our home as you can see need work. We want to replace the broken ones powerwash the whole thing and paint it. any help? where can I get ones that closley match the ones that I have? I know I cant get the asbestos ones but am looking for a match. I would need maby 20 of them or so.
