Yes as others have suggested you have a FEJOA or commonly known as PINEAPPLE GUAVA. May i add by your photo a very healthy plant. They grow very well here in Sub-tropical climate. Mine has fruited once with just the hint of pineapple taste. My fruit are round but most i have seen are usually oblong in shape.( Bazza Queensland.)
