How to remove stubborn tumeric stains from countertop?

Mine's a Pyrion countertop (like Corian) and stains from tumeric powder are very stubborn. Baking powder, vinegar or magic eraser are not very effective. The best way is to quickly wipe the stain off the minute it lands on the counter. Any other non-bleach ideas?
