Bloom time

Niceville, FL(Zone 8b)

Not sure which one this is. I got it about 4 years ago and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Obviously, happy where it is at. It gets afternoon shade and plenty of water.

Another, smaller one I have. It is variegated. Not stunning, but interesting.

rylaff your Hydrangeas are stunning mine look mostly frizzled and waiting for shade. I have a library book out ,so if you are wondering what they might be!! I think ,your first might be H m Leuchtfeuer, and the second H m Maculata..
love the wee blue flowers in both.

Thank you Bootandall.

They're gorgeous!!!! I especially like the intense pink color with the little blue centers. Also, I am attracted to variegated foliage, so I think the lacecap one is so pretty with such delicate looking pale blue flowers.

I planted my first hydrangea last spring and am waiting for my first blooms to mature. I hope I'm as lucky as you are to have such stunning beauties.

Very nice! Love that deep pink . . . thanks for sharing your photos.

Those are both very pretty! I love them both. I am also waiting for mine to bloom, after planting it last year and going to considerable effort to protect those buds thru the winter and snowy spring.
