Would like an ID on these two Irises.

I got these from my neighbor's garden. She moved out a year ago and the house sits empty. I have always loved this Iris! I dug up a few off-shoots so as not have the new owner (who ever that will be) just plow this under.

My neighbor's father was from Holland and for most of his life, he ran a nursery of bulbs. She got it from him.

On the pictures the top parts of the blooms look almost white, but they are actually a pale blue--if that helps. That is what makes this one so beautiful--the two shades of blue in the same flower.

Here is a grouping of them. Here you can see the light blue top parts better.

This one is mine. I git this from my Uncle's Garden (He died in 1991) and I dug some up as I always loved the deep blue of it.
Can anyone ID this one?
