Iris - Yummy

Can anyone please tell me anything about this iris? Is it a TB, SIB, LA, or what? I found it with a blue plastic tag still around one of the rhizomes but nothing else was on the tag. Just the marker made word Yummy. I need to know how to properly care for this plant. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
