does anyone know where to buy sweet potato vines (other than Blackie and Margaruite?) I can only find those two colors around here, but I would like to have some of the other colors.

I'd go to Plant Files, look at the various cultivars under the common name "sweet potato vine," and see what vendors are listed that sell the ones you like.
I have so many cuttings of the tri-colored one....be happy to wrap them up and send to you...just pay the postage...you can root them in water in the house in no time at all.....just dmail me or i will forget....a few senior moments!!!
