isthere a way to repair a cracked glass pitcher

More sentimental value than $$ value, I made the mistake to take my favorite glass pitcher to a picnic and after it was over I noticed a crack along the handle. I can't use it to serve beverages but is there a way to repair so that I can at least use it as a vase?
