making candles out of old wax?

Can anyone tell me how to melt old wax and make new candles out of it? I have a bunch of "leftover" wax from bunches of candles that I've been saving with the hope of making a candle myself out of it.
I don't know how!! HELP please. Thanks, Elizabeth
