I'm pleased to share the sun .
Sometimes we do get a bit to much .
Weren't they Fabulous Pics. Pep posted up ?
I hope she will post some more .
Maybe if I say PLEASE ?
Yes Pepper, they were fantastic, more more more baby, I'm greedy!
Also, just wanted to mentioned canna #5 reminds me of chanel #5
Like in the Perfume ?
YES! but we smell earthier, I think.
maybe a little FUNKIER!lol
Wow! look at those staghorns...
ginger, you would be so upset at me for going to a roundup, in the mountains, with many unusual and pretty plants, bringing my camera, and
not taking a single picture. sorry, you'll just have to hear me blabber
Nice Red .
And Tropicanna , We all know why I'm still here .
It's thanks to you . The least I can do is produce the goods . lol
I took some more pics just now. Will post them in a little while. Have to restart computer so I can change mouse for the download, edit pics, then be back on here.
Here is my wildflower garden. After them is the everything else part. lol. Some daffies, irises, dayliles, mother of millions groundcover, etc, etc.
We are now in the 8 th of May.
Autumn for us poor Southerners living Down under.
Today it was cold??? 29 deg Celsius .
29 C = 86 F .
We just love the cold here . Lol
Been thinking of getting some of those solar lights .
Do they work well , Give off a lot of light ?
The solar lights do work pretty well. We have them here and they light up the area well. In fact they are in the garden that I posted above. Helps my mom see where the door handle is when she leaves for work in the morning.
86* is hot here....for now. LOL
In fact they are in the garden that I posted above
That's why I asked .
I open ALL pics . Out of curtesy . If ppl are good enough to post them .
The least WE can do is look at them . ( My gripe for today .)
Looking forward to more of your Pics .
29*C would be a heat wave around here right now. Only 50*F today. Had rain and snow in the area yesterday and this morning. Had the day off from work, but worked harder in my yard!
I always look at pics, too. Sometimes two and three times, just to make sure I didn't overlook something, like somebody else may have pointed out.
Could use some better signs in this country, like what you have in Oz. Might help keep some people doing stupid things in the wild, but then maybe not.
Enjoying the pics pepp and RTP. Oh, and yours to Kell! ;-)
I find the Good ppl who go out of their way to go for BIG hikes and Climbs .
Seem a lot more nature wise . We do get the very occasional Idiot ,
But they only walk 1/2 a mile into any trail .Then give up and walk right out again.
Good riddens to them . They are the same ppl who will burn All the fire wood at Camp sites .
I feel mean saying those things , But they are true .
Ok, here are some more pics. This is the new bed I made after I got home. Tall phlox, 2 hostas, geranium, and clematis for now. Will be adding the coleus tomorrow if I feel up to it.
Sorry, hit send before I posted pic. lol Will post in a new post.

Thank you Pep for sharing those Great Pics.
Pic # 1 .
I like your Garden ornaments alot .
lol. It's actually broke in some places. When we had to replace the roof, my dad and bros weren't careful with the stuff and broke that one and it's twin in a few places. Still there though. I will post the pics of the other plants tomorrow. My favorite new plant is that hosta June. Just love the brightness of it.
All your plants look great .
Thanks for sharing Pepper - that is one pretty hosta, I love it! Your beds look nice, let us know which one smells like grapes - that sounds cool. Also, do the tall phlox tip over ? What kind of veggies did you get?
Ginger that picture is gorgeous, it makes me thirsty! and thanks for the sun, it was almost 80 here today.
Oh, Pepper, I love that hosta June too! I have just started buying some for my mother. She has a place in her beds that is perpetually shaded and very damp. Never had anything growing there. I think hostas will work there and that June would really show up in the shade. Great choice. Nice beds too.
Tammie
Wow, so many nice pictures! Nice T. Gold and stream picture, and love the garden pics, too!
ginger, I'm glad you're here. Consider it a service to the community!lol
oh man thats pretty! love the pink flowers in the back, too. Our cannas here are just sticking out of the ground under a foot, I'd say..... how cold does it get there Ginger, do your cannas die back for very long or stay all year long?
They stay all year long Red .
5 days ago , I cut all the Red Tropicannas back to nothing
and now 5 days later they are 6 inches tall .
Today I'll take a Pic. and show here .
Thanks again Tropicanna .
I notice I am now a member till June next year .
They extended it because they reduced it back to $20 a year .
I'd love to see the picture Ginger.
I entered to win a trip to Aus at Costco last week, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed lol - !!
Red it is only 4 am here and still dark .
As soon as the sun rises I'll take the Pic .
