i am planning to start (indoors) some cucumbers/winter squash/melons/pumpkins in a few days. i'm told that they do not like to have their roots disturbed. so how big should my seedling pots be?? planting time is memorial day week-end (god willing). thanks mo.

Very small (2 inch?) pots would do. It's only 3-4 weeks.
well then, i start them this wednesday/thursday. once again this will be a soilless mix. when should i feed them a weak fertilizer solution? thanks. mo
